  Lisa moved to San Diego from Oregon when she was nine years old and considers herself a “near native'. Over the years, she has lived in many wonderful San Diego communities including Clairemont, Kensington, Fashion Hills, Mission Valley, Tierrasanta, Otay Ranch, and Downtown. Over ten years ago she returned to North Park and remodeled a historic home.

After graduating with honors from San Diego State University with a major in Social Work, Lisa embarked on a career in the affordable housing industry and spent 14 years with the San Diego Housing Commission. During her tenure with the Commission, she led in the development and delivery of innovative and award-winning programs that supported increased quality of life, economic self-sufficiency and homeownership for many San Diego families. She went on to earn a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and become a consultant and business owner before embarking on a successful career in real estate.

 Monique’s tenacity and results-driven approach stem from her passion of providing clients the best level of representation and an unforgettable real estate experience. The SoCal native, is a seasoned member of the real estate professional community with a robust network of sellers, buyers and investors who put their trust in her to navigate them through even the trickiest of transactions.

Growing up in Scripps Ranch and touring model homes with her parents as a child, Monique had an affinity for real estate early on. Monique met her husband at the world-famous Casbah, and it was an easy decision to stay rooted in San Diego to build a life together. No matter how busy she gets, family and philanthropy remain a priority. Whether she’s spending quality time with her husband and daughter, or she’s hiking 28 miles in one day on the PCT to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation, Monique will make you feel like you’re her only client.
